From the homepage, click on the « Login » button in the top right corner of the page, then fill the form with the login and password you chose during your subscription.

Welcome to your personal dashboard! The dashboard is the place you’ll create and manage your mobile marketing projects.

From this page, you get access to all Unitag’s tools in just one click.

The menu bar on the left allows you to navigate from one tool to another in your account. Thus, you have a direct access to the following spaces:

• The dashboard homepage • Web Apps • QR Codes • Image Recognition • NFC tags • SMS • Mobile websites

(not included in all accounts)

Your personal dashboard


QR Code is a reference among mobile marketing channels The QR Code page, accessible by clicking the “QR Codes” button in the left menu bar, allows you to access all QR Code related tools:

• Create a custom QR Code, • Manage your existing QR Codes, • Set and use your personal templates (

from the Basic QR plan), • Create QR Codes in batch (from Basic

QR plan).

QR Codes


For creating a QR Code, you just have to click on the “Create new QR Code” button in second the left menu appearing in the QR code window.

Then, you’ll be redirected towards the QR Code generator allowing you to create a custom QR Code in only 3 steps:

1. Chose a QR Code type: URL, text, business card, email sending, geolocation, sms sending, etc.

2. Personalize it (colors, shapes, image, etc.)

3. Store it in your account

« URL », « business card » and « Text » QR Codes can be static or dynamic (dynamic QR Codes offer lots of possibilities -> statistics, target edition, etc. available from our LIVE plan).

Create a QR Code


To track QR Code scans with Google Analytics, you can add Google’s UTM parameters to your URLs (from our Live QR plan).

To do so, you just have to click on the « Customize short URL » button which is in the first step bloc named « QR Code Type» in the QR Code generator.

Once done, you’ll have to modify the variable part of your QR Code’s URL and add Google Analytics’ UTM parameters as follow: mywebsite.com/mypage?utm_campaign=XXX&utm_source=XXX. See Google Analytics UTM tags for more information.

Define QR Code parameters


My QR Codes By clicking the « My QR Codes » button in second the left menu appearing in the QR code window, you’ll be able to find and edit your existing QR Codes.

Manage your QR Codes


In order to filter and find your QR Codes easily you can use quick filters available in the top right corner of the window:

• Static: filtering “standard” also called “static” QR codes (=without advanced features), • Dynamic: filtering dynamic QR Codes for which advanced features are available as target modification and statistics

Each QR Code listed in this page is related to specific data and content:

• Creation date • Number of scans (available for dynamic QR Codes only) • A unique Label • A Type (URL, Vcard, text, etc.)



QR Code Cards

To access a QR Code page, and profit from all the features offered by Unitag, you just have to click on a QR Code Card appearing in the list described above.

On this page, you’ll be able to:

• Modify its design (from our Basic QR plan), • Define its design as a template (from our Basic QR

plan), • Download it, • Activate a more accurate geolocation (street level)

with HTML5 technology (for dynamic QR Codes and Live QR plans only),

• Consult its statistics (for dynamic QR Codes and Live QR plans only),

• Modify the targeted URL (for dynamic QR Codes and Live QR plans only),

• Add smart filters to redirect a user towards a specific URL in function of his language or smartphone type (for dynamic QR Codes and Live QR plans only).



My QR Code Templates

On this page, available from a BASIC QR plan, you can manage your QR Code templates.

To create a new QR Code using a template already available, you just have to click on the chosen template, and you’ll be automatically redirected towards the QR Codes generator for editing its content.

Create a new template from an existing QR Code by clicking the “Template” button on a QR Code page.

Batch generation tool

The batch generation tool, available from a Basic QR plan, allows to create a large number of QR Codes automatically.

To do so, you’ll just have to fill an Excel file with the data you want to store in each QR Code. The Excel file is available from your dashboard. Once the parameters defined and your Excel file submitted in the tool, you’ll receive your QR Codes within 48 hours.

From the Web App list, click on the Web App card appearing in the list to access the dedicated Web App page.

This page gives access all information related to the created Web App:

• A preview of your Web App • An “edit” button to update it • An “Activate/Deactivate” button • Its creation date • Its URL • Its statistics (from a Live plan) • Its results and data collected through forms • An access to all broadcasting channels

To update your Web App, just click on the green “Edit” button on the top right corner of the page.

Share your content on different mobile channels Unitag’s platform allows you to share your Web Apps through different mobile channels: SMS, NFC tags, Image recognition, social networks and QR codes.

To start sharing your Web app, go to the sharing menu on your Web App page and click on one of the channel icons.

Make your image interactive

To make one of your own images recognizable by Unitag’s QR Code Scanner App, start by clicking on the image recognition icon in the sharing menu. Then, add a label to your image and click the “Setup” button.

Then, you’ll be able to upload your image to Unitag’s image database, and follow its scans in real time (from the Live plan).

Contactless technology: simple and innovative

Directly order NFC stickers from Unitag platform and stick them on your communication supports to make them become interactive and amazing!

Start by clicking on the NFC icon on the Web App page. Then add a label to this channel, and click the order button to receive your tags by mail.

To order your NFC stickers, fill the contact form on the NFC page https://dashboard.unitag.io/#/nfc

Then, select the number of NFC tags that you need, give some information about your project so that we can give you good advice, and that’s done! We will answer you as soon as possible.
