All those persons who opened NPS account in 2009-10 and may be

eligible for Swavalamban benefit as detailed in Swavalamban guidelines

must file their Declaration Form in the prescribed format by 28th February,

2011 in order to be considered for the Swavalamban benefit. Those

subscribers who do not file their Declaration Form by the due date will not

be considered for Swavalamban benefit. Declaration Form is available at the

It is further informed that the Swavalamban guidelines are available at

PFRDA’s website www.pfrda.org.in.
