The priority of payment of the pension and other terminal benehcs to the existing pensioners shall be at par with the payment of salary and wages to the personnel of the Transco.

(bl A scpa rate fund shall be created by Transco for pay med of pension and other termina 1 benefits of the existing pensioners through regular subscription of appropriate amount into a Terminal Benefits Trust being created by Lh<' State Government.

For the purpose of sub-rule 10 and: 1, the term:

(i) "Ex-i~ting Pensioner" means aLI the persons ehgible for the pension as on the date of the transfer [rum the l3uard and shall include such family members of the personnel who are entitled for penswn and other terminal benehts, and

(ii} "Terminal Benefits" means the graruity , pension, dearness allowance and other applicable re.iel, medrcal benefit, and 01 her applicable bcncfirs including the right to have the appropriate revisions in the above benefits consistent with the practice that were prevalent in the Board ".
