Additionally,
the Board
understands
you
may have
arrangements or agreements either
internally
or with
other districts
that
prevent you
from
looking at other
options.
The
Board also understands
if
you
are
not willing
to
meet,
but believes
it
is
in
the
best
interests
of all
stakeholders
that any
communication
between
individual
Board members
or
entire Boards
is
best done in an open
meeting
with
full
transparency
for
everyone
to
watch.
Should
you
agree to
meet,
the
Board
will send a
list
of
questions
prior
to
the meeting
for
you
to
review,
and as a
way
to
guide
the
discussion.
The OA Board
respectfully requests
a
response
to
this
letter
in
writing,
no
later
than
December
15th,2014
so the districts
can eitherengage in
conversations
or move foruirard with
other options.
A response
may
be sent
to the address
listed
above
to the attention
of the
Board
Secretary, Kathy Leonard or
by
email
to
(to
be
shared with
the
Board).
lf
the
Board receives
no response by the above
date,
the District will
infer
that
to
mean
you
do
not
have
a desire
to
pursue
the conversation
and
will move
fonruard with
discussion of
other options
not
to
include
your
district.
The
Odebolt-Arthur
School
Board appreciates
your
consideration
on
the
matter and
looks
forward
to
a response.
Respectfully,
