College for America recently conducted a webinar session to discuss workforce talent and development. Jennifer Tryon Hornaday, Manager of our Indianapolis campus, presented as a panelist on the webinar and discussed the use of tuition assistance to improve work force development for businesses.

Jennifer also shared the successes of our students who have enrolled in College for America.

During October,Paula Schulz the Associate Director of the Grifols Academy, participated in a plenary session offered during the CBExhangeConference conducted in Phoenix, AZ.

This was an interactive workshop hosted by C-BEN and facilitated by College for America and was designed to share information, answer questions and provide resources on competency-based educational programs.

Paula presented an overview of the Grifols company and discussed how the competency based degreed programs through College for America have been a success in the development of talent for Grifols.

“Welcome to Grifols”A new mobile training offered by the Academyto support the staff in the newly opening donation centers across the US which provides new center staff with an overview of the Company’s history, products, customer service expectations, and community relations, has been a huge success. The training is a collaborative effort by the Academyand Public Affairs department, comprised of:
