Congrats  to  Zlin  for  ONLY  match  this  month!  Come  on,  guys!  We  need  to  be  faster!  

NPS  results  in  Status  Completed  is  different  from  Realized.  What  does  that  mean?  That  Eps  are  having  different  expectaBon  as  we  

are  able  to  deliver  in  the  end.    

SELL  IT!  SELL  IT!  SELL  IT!  IT’S  TIME  TO  RA,  

PEOPLE!  

GIP OGX October  was  the  month  with  most  detractors  (4)...and  what's  even  worse  that  3  of  them  are  aBer  Matching  status  (which  means  we  have  difficulty  in  our  process)    

•  November  is  our  most  important  month  for  us  so  far.  We  have  ambiGous  targets,  but  now  we  also  have  the  new  members  ready  for  acGon.  Be  sure  your  people  are  working  properly  on  RCTM  or  matching        

   •  Take  advantage  of  the  opportuniGes  sent  so  far  and  have  your  EPs  

apply  to  that.          

•  Go  through  the  GIP  booklet  and  use  info  from  there  for  educaGon  if  needed.  For  any  inputs/feedback  for  it,  feel  free  to  approach.    

•  CongratulaGons  Hradec  for  3  Ra  in  the  last  couple  of  days,  keep  it  up  :          

•  CongratulaGons  Ceske  Budejovice  and  Brno  for  already  fulfilling  Re  goal  for  this  Q!        

•  GIP  wiki  to  be  launched  this  week

Our  NPS  is  52.  We  have  2  detractors,  11  passives  and  29  promoters  for  October.  SGll  -­‐  push  your  EPs  to  fill  it!

         For  RR  It’s  just  39%.  Push  your  trainees  to  fullfill  it!  

   

December  16  &  17  we  will  have  FuncGonal  Area  Common  Time!  Count  with  that!

Net  promoter  Score  (July-­‐  November  2013,  completed  experiences):  19  (159  Responses)  #  Promoters:  70  #  Detractors:  39  Response  Rate:  65%    NPS  is  going  higher!  Debriefing  is  working!  Good  job,  guys  J    

Special  Congrats  to  Brno  and  Ostrava  that  already  fulfilled  their  Q4  plan  by  100%.  Let’s  strive  for  me,  guys!      Next  week  we  will  have  Projects  Poriolio  of  our  country  partners  so  we  raise  CY2CY  to  the  next  level!    This  week  I  will  be  in  Prague  and  Karvina!  See  you  there  ;)    

•  On  Monday  you  received  email  from  Yousra  about  your  preferences  for  Country  partners  and  numerical  goals  -­‐  Please  

answer  that  email  Gll  18.11.  2013.          

•  According  to  my@net  we  have  sGll  14  available  people  that  wanna  go  in  Winter.  As  you  know  for  winter  we  have  

partnership  with  Russia  for  Project  -­‐  Young  &  PerspecGve  -­‐  we  promised  them  5  people.  So  if  you  have  somebody  Yousra  will  help  you  matched  them  and  prepare  them  for  this  country  and  

project        •  About  rest  of  the  available  people  -­‐  turn  to  Yousra,  she  will  tell  

you  on  which  project  is  best  to  sent  your  EPs.
