Principal Franziska von Wiedebach provides speed coaching to ESADE EMBA students Barcelona, Spain – Business-academic partnerships provide a unique opportunity for Executive MBA students. Pedersen & Partners Principal Franziska von Wiedebach joined a large group of HR and recruitment professionals at a regular speed-coaching event organised by the prestigious ESADE Business School. Within the framework of this project, every ESADE EMBA candidate can participate in speed coaching sessions over the course of his or her study program, either in Barcelona or Madrid.

The three-hour sessions are split up into 10-minute dialogues where students meet with HR experts and head-hunters to speedily discuss profiles, dream jobs, and market realities. The elite students – who are all multilingual, and study subjects such as Corporate Finance, Strategy and Economics – receive relationship building and networking tips and resumé improving techniques. Participants can benefit from career-enhancing coaching from renowned specialists representing international companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Danone, Desigual, Massimo Dutti, Novartis,

Panasonic, Reckitt Benckiser, Roche, SEAT, and Volkswagen. The students appreciate the opportunity to have an experienced specialist help them define their career development during their EMBA course, which they usually pursue to change something in their career, after an average of about eight years of work experience. “As an ESADE alumna myself, it is an honour to be a part of such milestone learning events.
