Contact David Newbery, [email protected] With quality coaching resources in finite quantity, it seems incumbent upon our clubs and institutions to develop and train our next generation of soccer educators. NSCAA recognizes that more often than not successful clubs train and develop their own 'talent pool', and a 'junior' coach training program is one feature of a more extensive approach to education. To this end, NSCAA is launching a new program to support clubs, schools and colleges in identifying, training and mentoring young adults seeking coaching opportunities. In this workshop, we will provide an overview of the program and requirements for organizations interested in participating. If you represent an organization that could benefit from developing its own 'future coaches' and/or provide the ideal environment for young coaches to train with oversight from outstanding educators, we encourage attendance at this workshop.
