Contact David Newbery, [email protected] Governing bodies, league organizers and professional teams with significant interest in youth player development and coaching education were invited to attend this meeting hosted by NSCAA. Discussions focused on developing club membership and how the NSCAA Club Standards Project can support these endeavors. Topics will include: • Support - How to identify and target clubs requiring special support from the parent organization. • Service - The merits for establishing entry qualifications for membership or tiers of membership. • Sales - Direct products and services to clubs in need and provide planning services to current and prospective members. • Standardization - How to establish a meaningful grading system based on player development, coaching and administration. • Recognition - reward members for outstanding performance and for planning future growth and development.
