April Yoga To introduce various posture of Yoga.

Walk Kiddies To introduce different styles of walking on various pathways. The exposure to these styles is meant to develop correct posture and balance.

Place

To make the children participate in some Pulse Racing Activities with focus on the correct posture and orientation while running.

Walk on the

Beam

The purpose of this activity is to give children an opportunity to balance their body on a balance beam so that they know how to move their bodies to maintain balance.

July Scarf Throw This activity focuses on the Fundamental Skill of Throwing and Catching. The light weight of the scarves improve their hand eye coordination.

Roll a Ball To develop good hand eye coordination with the activity of rolling a ball to a target.

August Animal Walks To enhance the children's movement and body management experiences by imitating walks of various animals.

September Hoppity Hop To teach children Hopping. Hopping helps them to develop balance and strength.

Kick the Ball Kicking the ball to develop foot eye coordination. First lessons for our young footballers. Soft balls are used for safety.

October Frogs and Flies To develop coordination and strength with a fun movement of leaping like a frog.

Free Play To unleash children's innovative and creative self. To give them a chance to explore some props on their own and experiment with some movements.

November Bean Balance To be able to balance objects on various parts of the body when stationary and also while in motion.

Bounce the

Ball To teach bouncing and throwing. Playing with a soft ball is great fun and enhances hand eye coordination.

To encourage cooperative behavior and ability to take instructions. Parachute is a fun prop for the whole class to play together, colorful and challenging.

To teach the concept of speed and acceleration. Running with variation in speed will enable children to learn and experience speed with acceleration.

Further to the spatial awareness lesson this activity extends into skills like crawling, zigzag, running while helping children understand the relationship of their own body movements with other objects and people.

Throw and

Pick

To teach children the skill of throwing and how by using force one can throw longer distances. Bean bags are a great prop to use for this age group.

February Fitness Circuit A fun circuit which represents all the skills that have been learnt by the children so far. This fitness circuit is a great way to get their heart rate up and their energy levels high.

Freeze

Listening to instructions and following them is an important skill to learn for these young kids. This is a fun activity where they develop their listening and reaction skills.
