FUTURE WORLDS

is a place where young students grow their spirit of innovation. They use their curiosity and creativity to explore new ideas, and make their concepts come to life through our design process. Our model is based on the architecture studio model. Every Summer, we use imaginative themes to frame two-week long studios in which students dive into hands-on design, engineering, science, technology, art and more!

In Summer 2018, we will time-travel into the future to explore life on earth and outer space. We’ll imagine the spaces we’ll be inhibiting and use our predictions to design, engineer and build inventions to help us live sustainably, healthily and productively in the future.

Our Summer 2018 Future Worlds program includes three Sessions. Each Session is 2 weeks long and includes four unique studios.

REGISTRATIONStudent registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis and guaranteed once families enroll online and send their final payment. Our Summer 2018 Future Worlds Program includes three Sessions. Each Session is 2 weeks long. Each Session has three unique studios. Students can only register for one studio per Session, and a maximum of 10 students will be accepted for each studio. Students can attend one, two or all three of the Sessions. Whether it’s humans using their brainwaves to control robotic prosthetics, or aerial drones working with ground drones to monitor and project crop harvests for farmers, or pet fashion integrated with sensors to allow communication with their owners, the future is rich with possibilities. This Summer 2018, our theme is ‘Future Worlds’ and we’ll be exploring all these topics and more while working together to design meaningful solutions.
