Terms & Conditions

Rates are valid from1st January 2012until 31st December 2012 and are non-commissionable. All rates are accorded at the discretion of the Hotel and are subject to change without advance notice. Meal vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable. Meal vouchers are only valid as per date stipulated on the voucher. Any unused vouchers are considered void and

cannot be redeemed on any other days. This special rates and arrangements are not valid for walk-in guests. The Hotel must receive all cancellations at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival; otherwise a one-night room

charge will be levied. Payment in full or deposit for all charges incurred must be settled prior to the check in, in cash or credit card unless

separate credit arrangements have been agreed by both the Hotel and your organization. Official check in time is 2:00pm pm the day of arrival and check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and is subject to 50% room charge until 6:00pm. All late check

out after 6:00pm is subject to a 100% room charge.

Payment by cheque must be made payable in advance at least seven days prior check in, to NEW WORLDSUITES SDN BHD. However, please take note that payment by personal cheque is not acceptable.
