Problem Solution

The O-Duster didn’t run for a full 120 minutes. The battery needs to be charged for a full 12 hours prior to use. Charge your O-Duster.

The O-Duster is spinning in place.

Charge the battery for 12 hours.

Are reusable pads available for the O-Duster? No, at this time we only provide disposable pads that are designed to make cleaning fast and easy.

Lift the axle, and thoroughly remove any hair or foreign material.

Press �rmly on the release tabs to remove the axle cover. This step may require substantial force.

Place the axle back on to the housing with the gear in the proper location - The gear should be placed opposite of the square holes.

Place the cover back on the housing with the wide hole over the wide tab, and the narrow hole over the narrow tab.

Once closed, the axle should spin freely.

Press down on the wheel unit to re-install it onto your O-Duster. Once the axle is clean, and the unit is charged, your O-Duster should resume proper performance.

Flip over your O-Duster. Remove the wheel unit by pulling up on the tab.1
