What we do well and should leverage in the future:

• Board members understand and agree with the mission of TWC and our local strategic plan.

• Members feel comfortable expressing their opinions and that their thoughts are valued.

We need to work to strengthen the following:

• Need to increase visibility of TWC. (Marketing and Program Committee) People affected by cancer.

Organizations that provide service to those affected. • Board members want to know more about TWC programs and services.
