Observations and Contributions

• Site visit report preparation(disciplines responsibilities)

Various disciplines should prepare their respective fndings and

recommendations ater site visit then submit the report or fnal compilation

into one comprehensive document o the site visit report.

• On how recommendation is generated, the units have to act as a team;

interdisciplinar review meeting should hold to plan, strategies and reconcile

to see i the recommendations are easible.

• On certiing the integrit o e!uipment i.e. to veri the present state and

condition o the e!uipment, Sstem, devices etc, it is best practice to identi

such e!uipment and inorm the client about the current situation o the

component and advice on necessar actions to be considered.
