Coach was fully present as a coach, drawing out the solutions from the PBC. Active Listening ! Coach paid attention to the coach’s perspective and thoughts. ! Coach seemed to listen to the content of what the PBC was saying. ! Coach heard the PBC at a deep level and helped PBC hear him/herself. Powerful Questioning !
