On 11617 I was contacted by 0Rivera from Stater Brothers 0Rivera is the Supervisor ofInvestigationsCorporate Security for Stater Brothers Stores OAaron notified 0Rivera thatSKennon was possibly in Stater Brothers store 201 on the morning of 103117 atapproximately 0730 hours

Two employees mentioned to the store manager that the subject they saw pictured on socialmedia that was associated with the Castleview Elementary School lockdown looked likeSKennon and had been in the store showing aggression to another customer earlier that samemorning

0Rivera provided a travel drive and a DVD with video surveillance footage of SKennon at thestore The DVD and travel drive provided were booked into evidence The cashiers wrotestatements regarding the behavior of SKennon that morning See attached statements TheStater Brothersemployees were IreneOKeefe ID 102853 and Xochilt Lacy ID124697

SKennon was seen carrying a small female child possibly his daughter and appeared to be atthe store with a woman possibly his mother He walked through the line waiting at a cashregister to checkout going the opposite direction of the line to enter the store It appeared asif he exchanged words with a customer in that line There is no audio on the video He walked

back toward the customer a few times but there was no physical fight between them Whilestanding in line the child he carried leaned toward the woman he is with as if she wanted to beheld by the woman SKennon leaned and back and turned away The child remained in hisarms SKennon was also seen walking in front of a moving vehicle in the parking lot as he leftSKennon made a hand gesture to the driver The woman with him did not walk to the front ofthe vehicle

The statements DVD and travel drive were booked into evidence at Magnolia Station
