Deadlines are fast approaching ! PHARMACY REGIS TRA TION UPD A TE ONTARIO COUNCIL OF HOSPITAL UNIONS/CUPE JANUARY 2011 The Pharmacy Education Board of Canada (PEBC) Evaluation Exam – this step must be completed by January 1, 2012. Two final dates have been set up: SPRING 2011: Sunday, April 17, 2011. Application deadline is Monday, January 17, 2011. FALL 2011: Saturday, October 1, 2011. Application deadline is Friday , June 17, 2011. If you hav e already written the Certification Exam continue to Step Two. If you are NOT certified with the OCP you MUST write the Evaluation Exam.This step must be completed to continue. We encourage everyone to write this exam. Bridging Education Program – This step must be completed by Janua ry 1, 2015. These courses are offered at your local community college and online. Please check your community college for details.
