October 2013 sales were at their highestlevel compared to October of 2012 and 2011. October YTD sales of 752 are running 18.6% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 634.

    The Median Sales Price in October was $288,000, up 0.6% from $286,350 in October of 2012 and down -0.5% from $289,500 last month. The Average SalesPrice in October was $304,265, up 2.1% from $298,059 in October of 2012 and down -8.4% from $332,287 last month. October 2013 ASP was at highest levelcompared to October of 2012 and 2011.

The October 2013 MSI of 4.7 months was at its lowest levelcompared with October of 2012 and 2011.
