This document presents the agenda for the B20 Summit. The Summit is confirmed on the following dates, time and venues: for the 4th of October from 5:00pm to 11:00pm at CCK and for the 5th from 7:30am to 10:00pm at La Rural.

Until the agenda is fully confirmed, time slots for each day, thematic content, and invited speakers could be modified.

Business 20, or B20, is the private sector´s voice of the G20 community.

B20 has become the first engagement group of G20 to be formally recognized as such, in 2010, during the G20 Canada Presidency. Since then, we have worked to provide practical perspectives and generate new ideas in a variety of themes that include: employment and education, trade and investment, financing growth and infrastructure and innovation, among others.

B20’s trademark is the development of consensus based concrete policy proposals from the private sector. More than 1700 business leaders, from 740 companies and 260 employer organisations, have worked together during 2018 to draft eight documents of policy recommendations that if implemented could boost economic growth, generate jobs, and assure a more sustainable future for our societies.

The Summit is the concluding event of a year’s work. The themes to be addressed reflect the issues that have been part of 2018 debates in the drafting of our Policy Documents. These recommendations will be handed over to G20 President, Mauricio Macri, at the closing ceremony on Friday 5th of October in Buenos Aires.

Eight countries have previously hosted the business community in such process: Germany, China, Turkey, Australia, Russia, Mexico, France and South Korea.

As the main driver of economic activity the private sector plays a key role in developing fair and sustainable growth.

We welcome the international business community to Argentina for this special occasion.
