you one-kanal and two-kanal residential plots in the Park Enclave on

ownership basis through a transparent computerized balloting, scheduled

on December 30, 2014 at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.

All Pakistani nationals, whether residing in Pakistan or abroad can participate in

the Balloting. Companies/firms and societies registered in Pakistan under the

relevant laws are also eligible to apply. Foreign nationals and companies can also

participate in the Balloting after seeking permission from Ministry of Interior,

Government of Pakistan.

If you intend to participate in the Balloting on behalf of another person,

company, firm or society, you are required to to submit a Special Power of

Attorney as per Annex-A or a sealed (embossed) resolution or authorization

from the company, firm or society authorizing you in this behalf along with a

copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration.

1. The balloting brochures are available at the designated Branches of Muslim Commercial Banks, Askari Bank Ltd. and One

Window Operations Directorate of CDA on payment of processing fee Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable).

2. The Application may be submitted at designated branches of MCB and Askari Bank Ltd / One Window CDA Islamabad latest th

by 24 December 2014 alongwith following documents:-

(i) Original Application form

(ii) Attested copy of CNIC

(iii) Photographs (3.5x3.5 cm)

(iv) Affidavit/GPA (if applicable)

(v) Pay Order/Bank draft of 10% of down payment of the cost of the plot (refundable) in favor of "Capital Development

Authority, Islamabad". The name of the applicant and application number must be written on the backside of the pay

order/bank draft.

3. The receipt at bottom of the Application Form, duly filled in by the applicant, will be stamped and signed by the authorized

officer of the designated bank and will be handed over to the applicant as a token of receipt of the application. This receipt

should be kept in safe custody till the finalization of balloting.

4. All payments shall be made through Bank Drafts / Pay Orders / Deposits-at-Call in favor of “Capital Development Authority,

Islamabad”. Bank charges on transactions of out-station bank drafts will be borne by the successful applicant.

5. The applicant must indicate the name of nominee/next of kin (not a minor) along with his/her relationship with the applicant

mentioning CNIC number to whom the refund is to be made in case of death of an unsuccessful applicant.

6. The balloting results shall be announced at the Jinnah Convention Center on 30th December 2014 and shall also be posted on

the official website of CDA. The successful applicants will be issued an offer of allotment after seeking formal approval of

balloting results from the CDA Board.

7. The formal allotment letter containing detailed terms & conditions of the allotment shall be issued after full payment of the plot.

The Balloting shall be carried out on latest software designed in

collaboration with Pakistan Computer Bureau and Directorate

of IT, CDA. In order to ensure transparency, the presence of

highly professional IT experts, officials of government agencies

and media shall be ensured.

1. There is overwriting in the category / plot size columns or circling of

more than one category / plot size.

2. In case of non-filling of any portion of Application Form.

3. Application is unsigned.

4. Application is on the Photostate of original Form.

5. Application without required documents.

6. Provision of incorrect information or concealment of facts.

THE APPLICATION SHALL BEREJECTED IN CASE:

1. The Balloting shall be carried out on basis and location of the plot shall not be changed on any ground

whatsoever at any stage. The premium will be charged according to actual size of the plot.

2. The Balloting Committee reserves the right to withdraw any plot from the Balloting without assigning any reason.

3. The Balloting Committee also reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

4. The Balloting Committee/CDA management reserves the right to disqualify any applicant and to amend / delete any of the

provisions contained herein to any extent without assigning any reason.

5. The Balloting results shall not be final unless approved by the CDA Board and successful applicant shall not per se accrue any

right in favor of the applicant on the basis of balloting results. The allotment would be subject to payment of applicable taxes as

determined by FBR. In case of non-payment of taxes within the stipulated time, the offer of allotment will be withdrawn

automatically.

6. In the event of cancellation or surrender of plot for whatever reason(s), the deposited amount of premium shall be refunded

after forfeiture of 10% of the total price of the plot.

7. Any decision of Authority regarding Balloting, acceptance or rejection of application, forfeiture of 10% of total premium, or any

other matter in relation to Balloting/ allotment of plots shall be final.

8. The correspondence shall be made at the address indicated by the Applicant/Attorney and the applicant shall be liable to

communicate any change in the address to the Authority. In case, the successful applicant does not receive any intimation from

the Authority within 10 days, applicant shall contact the Authority to inquire about the status of his application.

9. Applications once submitted shall not be liable to change/withdrawal. The applicant will be deemed to have read and accepted

the terms and conditions enumerated in this Brochure and would be bound by these. The detailed terms and conditions shall be

mentioned in the allotment letter, to be issued after full payment.

10. In case of non-payment as per payment schedule, the plot shall be cancelled in accordance with CDA rules. The delayed

charges, if applicable, shall be levied as determined by the Finance Wing, CDA.

REFUND TO UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS

The refund to the unsuccessful applicants will be paid in Pakistani currency within 45 days of completion of balloting process.

The refund shall be made through the designated branch of the bank where the application was submitted in the form of pay order/bank draft

on surrender of original receipt.

The refund pay order/bank draft shall be crossed as “Payee Account Only” and marked as “Non Transferable”.
