Itinerary Tour

Day 1: Hanoi – Vu Linh (180 km) B,L,D

After checking out of your hotel and moving to the gathering point, we will have a short briefing to let you

know about Vietnamese traffic laws and some rules during the trip. Once you are ready, our memorable

motorbike tour will start now. Only after 1 hour riding along the Red River, we will be in the rural roads

through some peaceful villages nestled between rolling hills and vast rice fields. Lunch is served in Viet Tri

town.

Keep roaming the winding roads, and we arrive Vu Linh in the late afternoon. Vu Linh is an attractive spot for

both domestic and foreign travelers with many forms of community tourism. If you have enough time, you can

stop by to visit Ngoi Tu. With its charming scenery and long-standing cultural values, Ngoi Tu is really a

wonderful gift of Mother Nature giving people here. Stay a night at a traditional stilt house of the Dao people.

Day 2: Vu Linh – Chieu Lau Thi (Thong Nguyen) (210 km - B,L,D)

After breakfast and coffee, we say goodbye to the Dzao host family and start the second day of the 7-day

motorbike tour. Our next place is Chieu Lau Thi, located in Ha Giang province. Chieu Lau Thi means "9-step

clouds" in Vietnamese that is one of the most majestic mountains in Northwest Vietnam. With a height of over

2400m, it is truly an ideal target for all adventure enthusiasts. The road to Chieu Lau Thi is challenging and

dangerous, but the reward is memories for a lifetime.

It takes us about 2 hours to reach the peak of Chieu Lau Thi. Streams, rocks, forests, clouds - everything blends

to create a stunning natural picture. Each season, Chieu Lau Thi will give us different experiences; however,

the ideal time to hunt the clouds is September to December. After going down the mountain, we will have a







delicious dinner prepared by the compatriots. There is no wifi, no air-conditioning here, you just sit by the fire

flickering forget the daily worries and enjoy a simple life with peaceful people.

Day 3: Thong Nguyen – Ha Giang (Tay Con Linh) (80 km - B,L,D)

Also situated in Ha Giang, Tay Con Linh is another ideal place for your motorbike trip. Although it is not the

highest mountain in Vietnam, conquering Tay Con Linh is even more difficult than Mount Fansipan. Because

the road to Tay Con Linh is very far away and dangerous, on one side is deep pools, and on the other is slopes.







For those who want a bit of a challenge, this mountain is worth a try. On the way, you will come across remote

areas, very few people, and almost isolated from the outside world.

There are two ways to reach Tay Con Linh. The first one, you can depart from Thanh Thuy border gate in Xo

Xuyen District that is about 20km Northwest of Ha Giang city. Ride across Xin Chai, then ask the local people

for directions to Tay Con Linh peak. However, we recommend you to choose the second option, in which you

can admire the stunning terraced fields of Hoang Su Phi. Our crew will spend the rest of the day conquering

Tay Con Linh. Enjoy dinner and overnight at the homestay of friendly locals.

Day 4: Ha Giang – Dong Van (160 km) - B,L,D

On the 4th day of the 7-day Motorbike Tour To Northwest Vietnam, we will explore the beautiful land between

Ha Giang and Dong Van. Motorcycle up the Ma Pi Leng Pass, where you can admire the beauty of majestic

mountains and the charming Nho Que river winding off in the distance. Located near the northernmost tip of

Vietnam, Ma Pi Leng looks like a magnificent watercolor painting that can capture the eyes of everyone,

especially nature lovers. Continue riding on a winding road until you reach Vuong Family's Palace, about 14km

from Dong Van.

As the home of the one who was hailed "King of H'mong people", Vuong Family's Palace is a masterpiece of

people here. With Chinese style architecture, the entire house was built of wood and stone. After finishing the

Vuong Family's Palace tour, we head to Dong Van town. Once you set foot in the town, spend time taking a

stroll on the old streets, visiting H'mong houses of tiles roofs and clay bricks built centuries ago.

Day 5: Dong Van – Bao Lac (80 km - B,L,D)

Get up early, have breakfast, and if it falls on a Sunday, you will have the opportunity to explore the weekly

Dong Van market where gathers many ethnic groups and their local products. Then, continue riding to Bao

Lac via Meo Vac. With breathtaking scenery, the trip to Bao Lac is a paradise for adventure enthusiasts from

around the world.

The town of Meo Vac is nestled snugly in a small valley surrounded by rocky mountains. It is home to many

different ethnic minority groups such as H'mong, Kinh, Tay, Dao, etc. Immerse yourself in the peaceful life

and learn about the unique culture of the people here. We arrive at Bao Lac in the afternoon. Close to the border

with China, this mountainous area is home to 50,000 residents who live in small villages without water supply

and electricity. Enjoy their rustic and peaceful life that is totally different from the hustle world outside.

Overnight at the homestay.








Day 6: Bao Lac – Ba Be (140 km - B,L,D)

Today's ride could be the highlight of our motorbike tour as we will visit Ba Be National Park - one of the most

beautiful parks in Vietnam. The road is quite easy to ride, but there are many blind curves, so you need to be

very careful. Ba Be National Park is home to more than 1,000 species of flora and fauna, a series of beautiful

caves and Ba Be Lake - the largest natural freshwater lake in Vietnam. You can relax and enjoy a scenic boat

ride on Ba Be Lake before motorcycling into Bac Ngoi - a small village of the Tay people. Overnight at a local

family here.








Day 7: Ba Be – Hanoi (240 km - B,L)

End the excellent Northwest Vietnam Motorbike Tour, by taking a big ride back to Hanoi. We will motorcycle

through small and winding mountain roads before reaching Thai Nguyen city for lunch. After enjoying the

local specialties and taking a short rest, we continue on our way back to Hanoi. From here, we have two options.

The first one is following along Highway No.3 to Nhat Tan Bridge, which will be tougher with busy traffic

and risks. Meanwhile, the second choice could be more enjoyable. We will ride on small rural roads, crossing

tranquil villages with gorgeous rice fields but still passing Nhat Tan Bridge. We arrive Hanoi before rush hour.
