Office 365 Other Relay Options

With recent changes to Distribution Groups being staged in the Office 365 instead of on premise if your application or devices sends email to distribution groups there is a current need to change your application or devices email configuration for proper mail delivery. The following guide below is for applications or devices needing to send email securely or non-securely to these distribution groups. Emails and attachments that typically contain personal identification information (PII), bank or financial account information, or sensitive information that needs to be relayed securely. Other emails and attachments with non-sensitive information.

1. Relay to SMTP Client Submission - Secure method Moderate SetupPlease change the following on your application or device, * Please note that fields or setting names may differ from below:

Once done send an email to HelpDesk. We will need to know the following for further configuration on our end.
