The four-story, 252,000-square-foot office building was constructed in 1984. The property is located on nine acres in the Western Nassau submarket, adjacent to The North Shore University Hospital. Waterstone Development Group acquired the building in December for approximately $59 million, according to CoStar data. DaVita will relocate its regional headquarters from its current 90,000-square-foot location in Torrance, CA when it takes occupancy of its new space in the fourth quarter of 2015. "After a comprehensive market analysis, DaVita HealthCare Partners decided that relocating to Apollo@Rosecrans is the best option in order to create a more collaborative work environment," said Mike McKeever, senior vice president with JLL. "Located on the amenity rich Rosecrans corridor, the DaVita teammates will be able to walk to two other nearby DaVita offices." Originally built in 1971, the 130,000-square-foot office building at 2175 E. Park Pl. is currently under renovation, expected to wrap in late 2015. North Shore-LIJ Health System, one of the largest integrated health systems in the U.S., signed a 32-year lease for 252,000 square feet in the North Hills building at 600 Community Dr. in Manhasset,NY.

The four-story, 252,000-square-foot office building was constructed in 1984. The property is locatedon nine acres in the Western Nassau submarket, adjacent to The North Shore University Hospital.

710,774-square-foot high-rise will be developed at the northeast corner of Franklin and RandolphStreets, located two blocks from Chicago City Hall and within walking distance to the CTA - ClarLake-Blue Line. The planned building will be one of the first to adopt universal office sizes for allattorneys.

Hinshaw Culbertson will occupy customized space spanning floors 14 through 17.

Buck expects to break ground on the site in late 2015 with construction scheduled to wrap up inmid-2017.

NYX Cosmetics Leases 54,000 SF at The Station

NYX Cosmetics, the parent company of cosmetics brand L'Oreal, signed a lease for 53,788 squarefeet in The Station, an office building at 2201 E. El Segundo Blvd. in El Segundo, CA.

Altegra Health Leases 53,000 SF in Weston

Avison Young has signed national vendor Altegra Health to the last remaining contiguous 50,000+square foot block of office space in Weston, FL. The tenant is relocating to Weston Park ofCommerce at 1725 N Commerce Pky, which was previously occupied by American Express.

TA Realty has owned Weston Park of Commerce since 2006 and hired Avison Young to backfill the

the 52,960-square-foot space. Altegra Health is relocating from Miami Lakes. The operation handlesend-to-end payment solutions providing data to health plans and other organizations to managemember care and reimbursement.

MobileIron Signs for New HQs in Mountain View

MobileIron Inc. entered into a lease with an affiliate of WTA Development for 43,466 square feet ofoffice space at 490 E. Middlefield Road in Mountain View, CA. The tech firm provides an enterprisemobility management platform.

The lease covers a period of 90 months with an estimated commencement date of Nov. 1, 2015.MobileIron has an option to extend the term of the lease for an additional five years.

Currently, MobileIron has offices in four buildings throughout Mountain View totaling 65,000 squarefeet under leases expiring from March 2016 to June 2017. By Mark Heschmeyer

City Electric Supply to Occupy Five Floors in Downtown Dallas

Building owner Thomas Hartland-Mackie came up with a simple way to secure his first tenant at 400Record, confirming plans to move his family business into five floors at the soon-to-be-renovatedoffice tower in downtown Dallas.

A longtime tenant of Dallas' Uptown district, City Electric Supply (CES) will relocate its corporateoffices to the 235,303-square-foot, 17-story office tower once buildout of the five floors wraps up inJuly.

Hartland-Mackie selected global architectural firm Gensler to redesign the former Belo Building at400 S. Record St. following his acquisition of the asset in late 2014, a transaction which alsoincluded the surface parking lot at 701 N. Young Blvd. Planned renovations are set to includeenhancements to the entrances, as well as a new glass-walled lobby, fitness center, restaurant, andconference center.

Currently, eight floors totaling approximately 115,000 square feet at the building are available forlease. J.J. Leonard, Matthew Schendle and Rena Chappell of Cushman Wakefield of Texas have beenselected to handle marketing at the site.

PNCA Signs 33,000-SF Lease

The Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) signed a new lease to take 32,868 square feet of officespace at 321 NW Glisan St. in Portland, OR. The firm is scheduled to move into its new space on thefirst through third floors of the building by July 1.

Built in 1926 and renovated last year, the seven-story, 85,366-square-foot office tower is located twoblocks from the Pearl District in Old Town.

Golden One Credit Union Leases 30,096 SF

Golden One Credit Union has leased up 11130 Sun Center Dr. in Rancho Cordova, CA. The sixthlargest credit union in the U.S. will fully occupy the 30,096-square-foot, single-story office building.

Charter Leases 30,000 SF in Riverport Tower

Charter Communications, a television, internet, and phone service provider, signed a seven-yearlease for 30,140 square feet in 13736 Riverport Dr. in Maryland Heights, MO. CharterCommunication's lease includes the entire sixth and seventh floor. Other tenants include The BoeingCo. and SunEdison.

The eleven-story building totals 317,891 square feet in the Riverport Executive Center office park.Sverdrup-Gerwick developed the property in 1991 in the Earth City / Riverport submarket, about 20miles northwest of St. Louis.

Anaplan Expands in San Francisco

Anaplan, a maker of business planning software, has signed a lease for 24,404 square feet at 6252nd St. in San Francisco.

The four-story building totals 138,097 square feet in the Rincon/South Beach submarket. HudsonPacific Properties purchased the building in 2011 from KBS Realty Advisors, according to CoStarinformation.

Anaplan will take the entire second floor, expanding from its current space on the first floor. Other

Delaware Physicians Care Renews 19,000-SF Lease

Delaware Physicians Care, Inc., renewed its lease for 19,169 square feet in the Christiana OfficeBuilding at 252 Chapman Rd. in Newark, DE.

The two-story building totals 77,000 square feet. It was built in 1985, renovated in 2004 and islocated in the South New Castle County submarket. Other tenants include Nemours Health andPrevention Services, and Schaller Anderson, Inc.

Fred Loya Leases 15,179 SF in Houston

Fred Loya Insurance signed a three-year lease for 15,179 square feet at 11811 North Fwy. inHouston. The nine-story, 179,000-square-foot office building was constructed in 1982 and renovatedin 1990. Fred Loya will take occupancy on the first and seventh floors July 1, 2015.

The building is owned by Hartman Management, which occupies first floor space in the building.Additional tenants onsite include First Financial Group of America, Meridian Business Centers andIntertek USA, according to CoStar information. By Amena Ali

HS Management Relocating to Fifth Ave

HS Management Partners LLC signed a 10-year, 10,523-square-foot lease at 640 Fifth Ave. in NewYork City. The employee-owned investment advisor will relocate its corporate headquarters to thefull-floor space on the 18th floor at the end of 2015, more than doubling its current space at 598Madison Ave.

640 Fifth is a 22-story, 325,000-square-foot, 4-Star office tower was built in 1949 in Manhattan'sPlaza District submarket, at the northwest corner of W. 51st St. Asking rents average $110 - $115per square foot.

Mason Bruce Girard Signs 10,000-SF Renewal

Mason, Bruce Girard, a natural resource consulting firm, renewed its headquarters lease in theUnion Bank Building at 707 SW Washington St. in Portland, OR. MBG will remain in its 10,820-square-foot office space on the 13th floor there.

The 197,000-square-foot office tower was constructed in 1969 and renovated in 1980. The buildingis located next to O'Bryant Square and two blocks away from Pioneer Courthouse Square.
