2009 Fort Hood Recommendation 3.6.A
9/18/2018 4
Prior to JARVISS, the Army lacked a centralized
system for real-time, unclassified, threat
information-sharing as terrorist attacks or related
incidents unfolded. Also lacking was a collaborative
environment for synthesizing real-time threat data
which enabled decision-makers in their efforts to
protect Army personnel and assets.
