Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to Face2Face® clients at least 16 years of age and reside in the State of Massachusetts. Sweepstakes is subject to all Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Employees, Directors and Corporators of SSB are not eligible to win a prize, however, they are encouraged to transact at the Face2Face® machines. How to Enter: Simply transact at any Face2Face® machines during the month of March (7 a.m. 3/2/20– 7 p.m. 3/31/20). Each transaction will count as an entry into the “Pot of Gold” Sweepstakes and will also be a chance to randomly be awarded $20 while transacting.

Prizes: The sweepstake’s drawing winner will win a $1,000.00 South Shore Mastercard® gift card and those randomly winning during a Face2Face® transaction will be awarded $20 in the form of a credit to the individual’s bank account. 50 (fifty) $20 prizes to be awarded. All taxes on the Prize, if any and other expenses related to accepting and/or using the Prize not listed in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Winners, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 and 1099-Int reflecting the final actual value of the Prize, if applicable.

Notification: The $1,000 winner will be chosen and notified on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.

The winner will have until April 8, 2020 to claim their prize.

The 50 (fifty) $20 prize winners will receive their award while transacting on Face2Face® and award will be in the form of a credit to their account.

By accepting any prize from SSB, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information for any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability: SSB is not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded in the sweepstakes. SSB reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the sweepstakes.

Odds: The odds of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of SSB as to who is the prize winners.

Giveaway Entities make no warranties, and herby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with this Giveaway. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In any cause of action, the Giveaway Entities’ liability will be limited to One Hundred Dollars ($100 USD), and in no event shall the Giveaway Entities be liable for attorneys’ fees and/or experts’ fees and costs. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant waives the right to claim any additional damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, incidental or indirect damages.

Privacy Policy: The information collected from this sweepstakes will only be used to notify the winners. Information provided by you under this sweepstakes is subject to the SSB Privacy Policy located on www.SouthShorebank.com.

Participant Obligations: By participating in the Giveaway entrants (including the Winner) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or receipt or redemption of the prize. The Winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Giveaway or use or redemption of the prize. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Massachusetts without regard to conflicts of laws principals in any jurisdiction. Exclusive venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts located in the State of Massachusetts. The potential winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W9 and provide his or her Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. Non-compliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules in any way, the inability to contact any potential winner (as specified above), any potential winner's rejection of his or her Grand Prize or return of Grand Prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, the awarding of the applicable prize to the next participant being drawn.
