4, All items supplied must be of the best quality,and mustbe supplied in such quantities and deliveredat such places as the Principal-may require.

5. A limited amount of storeroom space will beavailable to the Contractor and this is subject toinspection from timetotime.-

6.—(a) Prices tendered for items subject to pricecontrol must not exceed thecontrolled wholesaleprice. : oo

(6). In the case of items of foodstuffs that are orbecome, during the currency of the contract, thesubject of maximum wholesale price control underthe provisions of any written law or decree, if suchwholesale price is increased during the currencyof the contract, the supplier may be granted a sumequal to the increase in the: maximum wholesaleprice. Where such maximum is fixed at a figurebelow the contract price, the supplier shall be paidsuch a maximum price.

7. Apart from the above exception, no increase in _the tendered price will be allowed during the periodofthe contract.

8. The Government is not bound to accept thelowest or any tender, and contracts may be awardedto one or more contractors. ~--:
