    (57) Abstract :

Physical and chemical measurements of concentrations of pollutants in the ambient atmosphere . In general, concentrations of gases or

particulates that would be exposed to the general population , as opposed to the concentration of pollutants emitted from a specific

source . Quality is usually determined over a specific period of time . Research , assessment and management of potential adverse

impacts on air quality is an important element of environmental management of various developments , particularly those related to

industry , energy production and operation mining . Ongoing management of impacts (including cumulative effects ) on air quality

emissions may also require the implementation of monitoring programs . Environmental Assurance , such as experts in the field of air

quality monitoring , can provide its customers with monitoring programs tailored to specific needs . It can monitor air quality of

environmental and monitoring sources of monitoring , in order to take advantage of accredited sampling techniques to assess

compliance with local and international legislation available, particularly guideline s and standards In terms of air quality. Monitoring

has traditionally focused on evaluating associated extraction and fusion operations . Dust emissions are assessed as a management tool

to assess the effectiveness of management measures that are implemented in a striking source . South Africa is one of the few

countries that have environmental guidelines to assess the consequences of dust, also called dust nuisance . Environmental Guarantee

can facilitate the installation of equipment needed to assess dust precipitation , and the collection and analysis in the laboratory of

samples taken monthly. Examples of results are interpreted and detailed reports are provided for the client Air Quality Monitoring is

designed to ensure the collection, assessment and storage of environmental data for air quality and to protect the environment and

health both indoors and outdoors Gold from the factory floor. It can be used in all types of plants that can produce emissions (eg fossil

boilers, combustion turbines, furnaces, etc.) by defining Medium limit values and the specific orientation for all pollutants of the

environment, Air with various sampling periods. The result is a collection of very useful means to obtain ISO 14001/96 certification.

Industrial IT Air quality Monitoring All configuration information and all data used in calculations (such as number of losses

recorded,% validation, minimum load, standard deviations, average values, etc.) are parameterized at.

    (57) Abstract :

The invention is the aim of this systematic review was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of medicinal herbs in the treatment of

metabolic syndrome. Materials and methods. Randomized controlled trials that patients are involved in the metabolic syndrome

treated with white surgery medicinal herbs were selected and subjected. The main keywords were Indian Medicinal Plants, Metabolic

Syndrome and Randomized Controlled Trials. Who herbal substances are not based on the theory of Asian medicine, combined

therapy with Western drugs, and other concomitant diseases were excluded from the metabolic syndrome. Fifth trials have studied

herbal medicine with placebo or no treatment, and seven trials studied herbal medicines, against Western medicines. Medicinal herbs

are effective have been reducing waist circumference, blood glucose, blood lipids and blood pressure. Conclusion. This study suggests

that the possibility of medicinal herbs may be the complementary and alternative medicine for the metabolic syndrome. Waist

circumference (WC) >102 cm in men and women >88 cm, (2) triglycerides (TG) (1) >: Metabolic syndrome is technically diagnosed

when three or more of the following five conditions are met Mg / dl 1.7 mmol / L) or drug therapy for high triglycerides, (3)

cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) 130 mm Hg of systolic blood

pressure (PAS) ) > 85 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure (BPD) or antihypertensive treatment history of hypertension patient, and (5)

fasting glucose (FPG) > 100 mg / dl or a drug treatment for high glucose. However, the criteria for waist circumference is slightly

different for each country and race. Each metabolic risk factor is associated with the other, and thus risk factors favor atherosclerotic

cardiovascular disease. The main underlying risk factors for metabolic syndrome are abdominal obesity and insulin resistance.

Therefore, preventing atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease by controlling the waist circumference and insulin is the key to managing

the metabolic syndrome. Clinically, each treatment of hyperglycemia, hypertension and hyperlipidemia is prescribed as the condition

of each patient. However, the medication used for hypertension, including enalapril and captopril, can cause side effects such as

cough, increased serum creatinine, headache and rash. It has also been shown that metformin, a drug used to treat type 2 diabetes

mellitus, can induce lactic acidosis and gastrointestinal symptoms. Therefore, evidence-based herbal medicines demonstrating safety

and efficacy can be alternative treatments for metabolic diseases. Although there are several examinations of herbal medicines for

obesity, hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus, systematic review of the metabolic syndrome has not yet been conducted. This

study, however, examined not only a disease, but also the metabolic syndrome as a whole. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the

efficacy and safety of herbal medicines to help control the metabolic syndrome.

    (57) Abstract :

With the imminent CMOS fabrication process saturation, there is a need to explore alternative `beyond-CMOS technologies for the

design of futuristic electronic circuits: both analog and digital. The present invention is one such attempt to design a Digital-to-Analog

Converter (DAC) in a viable alternative to the conventional CMOS technology viz. the Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistor

(CNFET) technology, wherein instead of varying the current a transistor by setting the aspect ratio, the current is set by setting the

number of carbon nanotubes (CNT) in the channel region of the CNFET. An appropriate selection of the CNT count for different

transistors leads to differently scaled currents in the transistors. The bit vales in the digital input are then utilized to control the on/off

state of these transistors, leading to a digitally controlled output current (and an equivalent voltage ) being available at the output. The

technique may be readily extended to more number of stages i.e. more number of bits in the digital input.

    (57) Abstract :

The epidemic is the process by which seeds germinate and eat raw or cooked. Seeds of many types, including herbs, cereals and beans,

are used for the epidemic. A variety of health and nutrition benefits can be obtained from germination. Take precautionary measures to

stay safe and get the most benefits. Nutrients Cabbages are true stars of the plant world. Its many health benefits and great spectacle

include high levels of dietary fiber, B vitamins and protein. Mung bean sprouts provide 32 calories and 0.84 grams of fiber per cup

and 21 to 28 percent by weight of protein. Germs also contain digestive notices some of the highest known levels of certain

antioxidant enzymes. A cup of cabbage provides 119 percent of the daily allowance for vitamin C. It should be noted that some of the

compounds that are not contained in the shoots make it healthier. Harmful, such as tannins are present in the seeds that are removed

during the soaking step, which occurs before the germination compounds. Blood Glucose Monitoring The antioxidants in the broccoli

shoots called sulphoraphanes-have received many research and focused very popular for its preventive effects against cancer. A study

published in the April 2012 International Journal of Food and Nutrition Sciences found that sulphoraphanes also reduce insulin

resistance and can help control blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes study participants who have Consumed 10 grams of

broccoli powder per day for four weeks showed, lower levels of insulin. The germinated seeds Sprout whole grains, it reduces the

amount of starch and contain the increase in their nutritional value. Sprouted seeds contain slightly elevated levels of nutrients such as

vitamin C, carotenoids and protein compared to germs. An advantage of sprouted wheat, rye and barley is less gluten containing

proteins, difficulties that is for some people to digest, the University of California, Davis. The highest levels of the mark amylase

enzyme germinated voice for the digestion of carbohydrates into sugar. Germinated beans also Contain enzyme phytase, which can

prevent the absorption of minerals. Cautions Bacterial contamination is a potential health hazard in seed germination. The fine

structures of root germs can form an entangled mat that contains microorganisms. In addition, seeds, broccoli and radish such as rough

surfaces should make it easy for the bacteria to cling. The University of Illinois at Urbana, the time to ensure safe homes is when they

are still seeds. Commercial seed grow disinfected manufacturers before starting the germination process and testing each batch of goal

testing procedures are not 100 percent accurate. Cooking your taste buds is a good way to be sure, but the reviews will miss some of

the nutritional values. Preparation of antimicrobial foods known foci like vinegar, garlic and onion can help kill any of the pathogens

that also hides. Growth of germs at home, look for seeds, especially, it prepared for germination. They are clearly labeled for this

purpose and are found in many health food stores. These have been cleaned and are less likely to contain pathogenic bacteria. Prevents

seeds are packed for growing in mature plants. These seed packages will likely include planting,

    (57) Abstract :

It is a common practice to regard machine/thing/device/software functioning disconnected from the

moral/ethical/religious/legal/cultural/regional parameters that may also be intertwined with its functioning. However, such a

standpoint on machine functioning may lead to situations where core human values could be compromised e.g. serious physical,

mental, emotional or psychological harm to human beings or even loss of life. This is particularly true in case of modern pervasive

technologies like the Internet of Things that increasingly make use of embedded artificial intelligence. To address these concerns, we

propose a neuro-fuzzy system that represents ethics (moral/ethical/religious/legal/cultural/ regional/management policies) relevant in

the context of a given technology (machine/thing/ device/software operation) and also adapts (fine tunes) them for appropriate ethical

behaviour. References [1] W. Wallach and C. Allen, Moral machines : teaching robots right from wrong. Oxford University Press,
