To compete in todays
market; a company must
make every effort to keepcosts down and revenues
up. O&M Solutions canprovide the solutions cost
effectively, without
sacrificing the quality.
It all began in 2005O&M Solutions was founded withthe intention of supplying operation
and maintenance services for the
emerging markets. For more than
twenty years, the
founding partners
of O&M Solutions
have served the
power industry.
Their experience
ranges fromdevelopment,
construction,
testing and
commissioning,
day to day
operations and
maintenance of
some of the most
modern power plants in the
emerging region.
After 9/11 and the
collapse of Enron,
many of the
International
Developers began to
leave the emerging
markets and with the
departure of these
players, developmentof new projects was
significantly reduced. Additionally,
the wealth of detailed information
and experience that these players
brought to the market also left the
scene. This exodus brought
opportunities for new players to
enter the market. The cost of
buying MWs through acquisitions, versus building MWs through green-
field projects, forced the players to
secure the most effective means of
entering the
power market,
which proved to
be through
acquisitions.
Demand for
power continuedto increase and
as such, many of
the emerging
markets today
are facing
shortfall in power.
As the cost of
buying versus
building MWs is narrowing, the new
players are now looking towardbuilding projec ts.
With the entry of
these new players
and the exit of the
old, the requirement
for experienced
people to implement
these projects has
increased. O&MSolutions, with
experience in power and depth of
knowledge in these markets is in a
position to develop and implement
alternative O&M solutions that are
tailored to meet the requirements
of a specific project.

our core value. These values shall
serve as a guiding light for our
business. The value are:
Fairness
Integrity
Accountability
Social Responsibility
Mission Statement
Our mission is to be a world class
company through strong belief in
people and a desire to make the
difference in the world. Many
companies recognize that people
are necessary to run a business, but
few have made it their Mission to
develop a company that
recognizes that people are themost important asset that a
company can have. Many people
would say that the primary purpose
of a company is to make profits for
its shareholders.
O&M Solutions believes that its
Mission transcends profits. Profits
are important to us as they are to
any company. It will be necessaryto make profits to payshareholdersthe return they deserve for letting
us use their capital. However, O&M
Solutions believes that profits are aconsequence of serving society
well by fulfilling our Mission.
Shareholders are important but no
more important than any other
stakeholders in a business.
O&M Solutions will attempt to guide
our business by our shared values
and principles. O&M Solution's
Values and Principles are thebinding force that hold our
company together worldwide,
despite being a conglomerate of
unique businesses set in vastly
distinct cultures. The application of
O&M Solution's Values are different
in every situation but here are some
definitions that best describe our
way of doing business.
Fairness
At O&M Solutions, we seek to treat
all stakeholders fairly; people,
customers, suppliers, stockholders,
governments, and the communities
in which we operate. The best
available expression for fairness
with nearest connotation of
meaning is justice. Becauseeveryone is unique, O&M Solutions
strives to give everyone spec ial
treatment
Integrity
O&M Solutions strives to act with
integrity or "wholeness" in all of its
activities, balancing ethical
concerns, stakeholder's interestsand the needs of a soc iety. As a
company, we work hard to honor

our commitments. Our hope is that
the things O&M Solutions say and
do, in all parts of the Company,
should together with truth and
consistency. We aspire that O&M
Solution's people are wholepeople; that they think and act the
same way at home and in the
community as they do at work.
Accountability
We accept that we are responsible
for our actions and as such we
must strive to hold one another
accountable. Responsibility withoutaccountability is not responsibility
at all. Accountability is the main
thread that holds a company
together. Managingresources andnurturing relationships to meet a
need in soc iety, reflec ts the way a
company meets its requirements.
O&M Solutions sincerely
appreciates the chance to serve
the world in a way that sets us
apart from all the rest as we strive
to make the difference real.
Social Responsibility
Social Responsibility is one of the
special aspects of our lives
together. It is central to our ability
to make the maximum positive
impact on the world around us. For
O&M Solutions this means providing
clean, safe, reliable and cost
effective service to the Projects we
serve. O&M Solutions also seeks to
do more in other ways beyond the
laws, regulations or our
fundamental Mission. In some
places, it means to build schools,
plant trees or provide clean
drinking water. Deciding how to
prioritize and make the most
positive impact on the world at
large is our goal.

ISO CERTIFICATIONOMS received ISO 9001:2008, ISO
14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007
Certification from UKAS
International Management and
Det NORSKE Veritas (DNV) in
J anuary 2009. The Board and
leadership of OMS realized that
having been in operations for 5
years, it was time to take a step
further and assess whether the
companys health, safety and
environmental system was
commensurate with the aspirations
of our stakeholders and whether it
would stand the test of meeting
international standards. The journey
achieved a key benchmark with
the award of the ISO 9001:2008, ISO
14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007
certificate by the UKAS
International Management and
Det NORSKE Veritas (DNV) on
J anuary 22, 2009. Hence crossing
an important milestone and
adopting the Integrated
Management System (IMS) within
OMS.
The journey for excellence shall,
however, continue as the
Company is required to not only
maintain its impeccable health
and safety standards but also to
improve them within the spirit of
continual improvement enshrined
in the ISO standards. The
certification has strengthened the
management structure of the
Company that has enhanced the
achievement of the Companys
corporate objec tives.

We believe that any job done at
the cost of safety is a bad job, nomatter how quick, efficient or
financially advantageous it maybe. When it is difficult to perform a
job in a safe manner or a job falls
outside our written and approvedprocedures contained in our
Occupational Health & Safety
Manual, we make all the effortsand abilities at our command to
seek a safe way that can beadopted and implemented.

OWNERS ENGINEER SERVICES: A
SUCCESSFUL APPROACHIn todays turbulent and
competitive market, all industries
face a major challenge to reduce
their cost of production. Electric
power being one of the most
expensive and a critical factor in
their production process, enormous
emphasis is placed on ensuring the
maximum availability andreduction in the cost of generation.
The modern and most effic ient and
effective approach to face this
challenge is to outsource the
operation and maintenance of the
power plant to a professional and
reputable company. OMS has
gone one step ahead
to accomplish thisobjec tive by providing
services during the
construction of the
projec t while offering
its services for the
operation and
maintenance during
operations.
The Sponsor(s) i.e. the
Owner(s), of the powerproject does not have
to reinvent the wheel
of taking the responsibility of
monitoring the construction and
commissioning activities by
employing new people rather than
passing on the responsibility to a
professional group involved in the
projec t from the word go.
OMS provides comprehensiveOwner's Engineer and advisory
services for power projects. Every
projec t is unique in the complex,
competitive marketplace in terms
of technology, economics,
regulation, environment, politics,
contracts, and business. We have
the technical expertise and industry
experience to advise and address
the strategic planning, design,engineering, construction,
commissioning, operation,
maintenance, and management
phases of high-tech power
projec ts.
OMS is focused on projects
success that is the success of the
Sponsors/Owners of the projec t. We
clearly communicate
the best optionsavailable to optimize
the performance of
the plant or projec t.
We strive to deliver the
most technically
sound and financially
successful projec t
possible to our clients.
We also offer
complete, provensolutions and project
oversight from
conceptual phases through start-
up, into operations, and beyond.
We bring a strong Owner's
perspective not often found with
Owner's Engineer service providers
because we have been Owners
and Operators of advanced power
facilities.
