  • Adding your Rates and Availability

    First steps

    Open your Pulse app.

    Tap on the calendar icon at the top of your screen.

    Scroll down to the room category you

    want to update

    Tap on the date you want to update

    The new value saves automatically Tap ‘+’ or ‘-’ to adjust

    the number of rooms to sell

    +/- Edit New value

    Tap the dates for the range you want

    to update

    Tap the multiple date icon in the top-right corner

    Then choose ‘Adjust availability’

    Tap on the room type you want to update

    (Or choose a property first if you have multiple properties within the same account)

    corner

    Tap ‘+’ or ‘-’ to adjust the number of rooms to sell

    Your changes save automatically when the green tick icon

    appears

  • Tips:

    Remember to load prices for any dates you’ve made available. Rooms are only open/bookable if they have a rate set up.

    Guests can make reservations up to 16 months in advance, so make sure you give yourself every opportunity to be seen – and booked.

  • That’s it! Your property will now appear in guest searches for the dates you’ve made available.
