Jolson’s holistic design approach to exterior and interior design is manifested in a sculptured two-storey podium consisting of an articulated façade, with pronounced blade walls and deep reveals. The penthouse is a single residence on the top floor, conceived as an elevated pavilion set

within a landscape setting.

A rich material palette of travertine stone, timber floors, polished plaster walls along with woven brass screens, and bronzed metal detailing create a textured, harmonious setting, proving a continuous dialogue between the
