Why / What / How
• As part of Capita commitment to migrate all V3 modules
• Originally planned for CIEE only, but we included G&B because of similar functionality
• Customer involvement with CIEE and inclusion of existing CRs with G&B
• Written in Silverlight 4.5, New look UI but this is under revision as products move forward
Why / What / How
• Products launched in 3.51 for early adopters, complete product available in 3.52
• EA were: Flintshire, Gloucestershire, BF – Big thanks to them
• Warranty bugs in 3.51 = 126 (anything from a spelling mistake to functionality misbehaving)
• All corrected, but you will tell us more !!!
• Customer don’t have to migrate CIEE and G&B at the same time if they choose not to
Benefits of CIEE V4
• Meets the requirements of Children's Act 2006 by allowing LAs to monitor, control and record children's activity in these areas
• Brings in current V4 functionality like communications log, user permissions, alerts etc.
• New UI screens give G&B consistent operational work flow and give greater flexibility to record and view specific data
• Ensures that information on chaperones, including references, disclosure checks and notes on interviews, can be centrally and quickly accessed.
Benefits of CIEE V4
• Additional company contact details will be available including the contact telephone number
• Greater level of flexibility in the types of licenses (and of their duration) that can be recorded, such as the production of a Body of Persons’ certificate and an ‘Exemption’ certificate where licensing is not appropriate
• Allow for recording of flexible working hours

• Through FSM entitlement LAs are quickly able to establish the relationship to Pupil Premium, Deprivation Indicators & Local Initiatives
• Can effectively target FSM by ceasing/redistributing resources as personal circumstances change.
• New UI screens give G&B consistent operational work flow and give greater flexibility to record and view specific data
• Brings in current V4 functionality like communications log, user permissions, alerts etc.
Benefits of G&B V4
• ECS checker at individual application level
• Batch ECS checker routine that allows users to check current FSM eligibility weekly / monthly etc. and amend record if required
• G&B V4 will link with Citizen Portal (on-line), to provide a seamless registration application and integration process for FSM.
