Henrik Jordahl is an Associate Professor (Docent) of economics at theResearch Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN) in Stockholm. At IFN,Jordahl is the director of the research program on the economics ofthe service sector. His own research is mainly focused on theintersection of private business and the public sector, including

privatization and competition issues. Jordahl is a Research Fellow at the Institutefor the Study of Labor (IZA) in Bonn, and a member of the executive board of theBertil Ohlin Institute, a Swedish liberal think tank.

Pontus LindwallCEO, Betsson

After his masters degree from the Royal Institute of Technology inStockholm, Mr Lindwall started working as a business developer for thelandsbased gaming company Cherry. After a couple of years at Cherry hebegan working with his family’s real estate company. In 1996 Mr Lindwallreturned to the gaming industry as he founded Net Entertainment when

he realized the possibility of gambling over the Internet. When Net Entertaiment wasaquired by Cherry, Mr Lindwall became the President and CEO. As Cherry aquiredthe site Betsson.com in 2005, Net Entertainment was split up in two units. The B2B-business part is now listed on the Nasdaq OMX Nordic Mid Cap. Cherry wasseparated from the Internet business in 2006 and renamed Betsson. Betsson is nowa succesful internet gaming operator, the biggest one listed in the Nordics.

Jan Magne Juuhl-LangsethPartner, Schjødt

Jan Magne specializes in EU-regulatory matters and has representedgambling companies and international payment services providers formany years. He has experience in dealing with the Commission and theEFTA Surveillance authority as well as national regulatory bodies inNorway. Currently, Jan Magne is working for stakeholders that are

affected by the coming Norwegian Payment Transaction Ban.

Johan Öhman has served as President and Chief Executive Officer ofNet Entertainment since November 2006, after joining the company asSales Director in 2003. Net Entertainment is a software supplier for thegaming industry, listed on the Nasdaq OMX Nordic Mid Cap. Under Mr.Öhman’s leadership Net Entertainment has enjoyed strong growth,

Dr. Wiklund has acted as counsel in proceedings before the EuropeanCourts in Luxemburg and has represented clients in the EuropeanCommission and the Swedish Competition Authority. He is acting forclients in a number of pending high profile monopoly EC law suits againstthe Swedish government. Ola Wiklund holds a Doctor of Law Degree

from Stockholm University (1997). He is a member of the Swedish Bar and theeditorial board of European Journal of Law. He has been a visiting professor at theEuropean University Institute in Florence, Italy, and was appointed associateprofessor (docent) in European law at Stockholm University. Dr Wiklund haspublished several books, text books and academic articles on EU Law.
