Internet Connection:• 1.5mb (T1) dedicated Internet feed (high speed, commercial quality internet connection) managed and secured with Cisco

commercial class networking and security equipment. Datacenter:

• The datacenter is located at National Church Supply, NOT located at or with a third party vendor.• The datacenter is locked with limited access given to those outside of the IT staff.• All equipment is on battery back up.• All databases are backed up nightly.

Security:• The server is running Microsoft Server 2003 Firewall as well as sitting behind a Cisco firewall. The server is NOT a public server. It is

fully behind the firewall via Network Address Translation (NAT).• All servers and network equipment receive operating system and security patches as they are released by the vendors/manufactures.

These patches are NOT applied blindly nor are they solely based on the recommendation of the vendors/manufacturers. They are applied after reviewing the patches and analyzing how these will affect security, operation and integrity of customer data.
