Matthew 9:17 “Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If

they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved."

External structures are shaped by

the life in the wine

The inner workings of growth and expansion will stretch a vessel to bursting point unless there is flexibility built into the structure. Adding little bits of flexibility cannot withhold the volatility of new wine. Growth always brings pressure in change, but a fresh spirit works from the inside out, which preserves both vessel and wine.

Have an awesome week—From the Eden Team

Sunday

Eden Assembly of God Church

If you are visiting with us for the first time or a

regular part of the family, we trust you will

enjoy the service and feel welcomed.

Over recent weeks, a prophetic theme has followed through the messages at Eden. Regardless of the speakers, it seems clear we need to: Consider what is Gods priority for us Tune in to, and intently listen to His

voice Build according to His pattern and

priority Be open to God doing something

different Prioritise time for God’s presence,

Being Mary in a Martha world is about busyness. How you doing?

A key to understanding and setting effec-tive priorities, is keeping ones perspective of the big picture. It’s not a matter of being right, but being effective; and when God builds he builds: For permanence For generation’s yet to come Through Revelation

What’s within our means to achieve we should do. What’s not within our natural abilities

to resolve, we need a miracle. I want to encourage you to decide whether we need a mir-

acle or whether simple obedience will do. Creating an atmosphere of faith, is as simple

as making a decision. The water doesn't come to us, we step out of the boat and walk.

Just for fun

When your only tool is a hammer, all your problems start to look like nails. The only substitute for good man-ners is fast reflexes. Letting the cat out of the bag is a whole lot easier than putting it back in. Talk is cheap. Until you hire a lawyer or an accountant. The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse always gets the cheese.
