Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Enrollment
May I enroll my child for classes held at another campus?
No, for time management and to ensure safety, students may only enroll in classes at their
respective campuses.
What is the best enrollment option for ensuring class admittance?
Online enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollments
are not accepted by phone. For computer assistance, call the Office of Community Programs at
(512) 533-6011
Is bus transportation provided?
No, your only options are to be a car rider or Extended Care (as long as you are previously enrolled.) For safety reasons, walking and
biking are no longer options.
If I missed the enrollment window, may I walk-in late the first day of class?
No, late walk-ins are not allowed during after school enrichment. However, the late online enrollment window will be from January 22nd at (12 a.m.) until January 27th (at midnight.) DON’T DELAY! Please enroll in a timely manner to avoid late fees, and so our office can help you with questions or technical difficulties.

What are the refund guidelines?
We are happy to refund the full amount of tuition, less a $10 processing fee,
when you cancel in writing no later than Monday, January 21st
at MIDNIGHT.
Please email refund requests to [email protected],
or deliver your written refund request to the office of Community Programs no later
than 4:00 p.m. each business day.
Fees will not be prorated for missed classes,
tardiness, or sitting out for misbehavior.

Kardivas is a character club that exists to teach and encourage young girls that they are uniquely created with a purpose, they have integrity and worth and something valuable to contribute. Meetings are fun and lively. We have a snack, give awards, play ice breaker games and have a presentation of a topic each week, followed by discussion. Topics include telling the truth, why is gossip bad, how to be a good friend, setting boundaries, forgiving others and being thankful. Every 5th grade girl is invited to join the club at any point during the year. It’s a great place to be included and make new friends. We also have guest speakers, optional outside social events and service to our community. Registration fee includes a snack each week and a Kardivas T-shirt (if you did not receive a shirt in the fall session.) Mosaic Masters (Grades K-5) Fine Arts
Are you a young artist that likes to work with clay? Help us design and create a kid friendly mosaic wall hanging to permanently display at Bee Cave Elementary. Collaborate on the design, make the mosaic tiles with texture, figure out the best glaze colors to use, then put it all together. It is a great way to give back to the school.

some goggles and change liquid to solid and back again. They get to handle laboratory tools, build and break molecules and pick up
some tricks on chemical changes. Mad Science is loads of fun, hands-on and incorporates the educational standards required by the

Join us for a positive hour of reducing stress and building confidence with Yoga, exercise and healthy discussions for girls. Our focus will include ways to navigate emotions and feelings, with an emphasis on friendships, school pressures and life changes.

Acting Improv Stars (Grades 3-5) Fine Arts IT'S SHOW TIME! Calling all performers. Learn how to build exciting stories, create interesting characters and have fun working together while learning improvisational skills. Chess for Kids (3-5) Special Interest
Chess for Kids is an after school activity designed to give kids an opportunity to learn the game of chess, improve their chess skills and to enjoy competition against their peers. Novice players will be taught the basic rules, the value of pieces and how to checkmate. More experienced players will learn different opening and defense strategies, various tactics and will be given the opportunity to challenge themselves by solving chess puzzles. While students will have the chance to measure their progress through wins and losses against their peers, our main focus will be on encouraging good sportsmanship and on having fun.
