Not only did I feel empowered through the new foundstrength of my physical practice, but through learning the philosophy of yoga and theanatomy of the human body as well. I have come out of the course feeling moreknowledgeable, strong in my practice, hungry to learn more and confident to teach vinyassaflow yoga.

The teachers and assistants were welcoming, motivating and well prepared.
