    Greetings Candidate Barrett and Candidate Donovan!

    February 16, 2016, you won the Primary for 2016 for the position of

    CEO/Executive Branch of the City of Milwaukee. Over the next 48 Days,

    you will be vetted for qualification between the two-of-you to see

    which one of you fit-the-bill going forward to serve the city of

    Milwaukee. This will NOT be a CORONATION.

    It is imperative that you are made aware of the fact that this WILLNOT be cronies-business firewall, the haves and Caucasian only as usual

    OR, hand-picked African American, Latino stepping forward for the

    Willie Lynch sellout.

    In fact, this is about competition between the two of you. What

    you bring to the table FOR SERVICES that we feel should be represented

    at the Executive level in City Hall for the CORE CONSTITUENTS.

    It is imperative that WE, the People, CORE CONSTITUENTS African-American, other People of Color and Work Challenged

    population of Milwaukee crystalize your difference and HOW IT

    specifically will benefit Milwaukeeans that live in the city, return

    from INCARCERATION, return from WAR, raise their family in the city,

    seek transportation, seek family-supporting employment, seek housing

    of todays lifestyle, seek adequate and healthy food in their

    neighborhood, seek walk-in-the-neighborhood lifestyle, seek state-of-

    the-art wireless and internet use in their homes and neighborhood,

    seek top-rated schools to train their children and themselves for self-

    sustaining purposes, and seek entrepreneurship in their neighborhood.

    It is imperative that YOU know that both of you have SHOWNdisrespect for the CORE CONSTITUENTS by failing to represent them in

    your present positions. Your inaction, insensitive comments, lack of

    leadership and stewardship of our dollars and resources from the city

    coffers is our first look for vetting.

    It is imperative to know that we have seen you both PITTING thepolice department, individuals, city departments, city committees, city

    boards, common council standing committees, corporations, outside ofcity companies, resolutions, GATE-KEEPER People of Color, and human

    resource appointments against CORE CONSTITUENTS.

    It is imperative that any type of racial profiling and downrightdiscrimination and disenfranchisement in your BIO/Rap Sheet/Portfolio

    is troubling and will need you to address it.

    Zip Code 53206 is a documented area of Milwaukee that is a priority in

    Infrastructure for self-sustainability. You will need to show us that it ispart of your PLATFORM by immediate specifics to provide needed

    benefits that will provide self-sufficiency.

    It is imperative that Candidate Barrett apologize for the commentsand disrespect shown by him at the September 15, 2015 Renaissance

    Luncheon with company high rollers that spoke of their well-being and

    how they planned to continue FLEECING the People you NOW want

    votes.

    The high rollers have come more-than-once to raid the city coffers of

    those MIRED in Enduring Concentrated Poverty and you NOT providing

    leadership to provide capacity building and self-sufficiency employment

    options, improving the DWilson Disparity Study, replacing risk-taken

    behavior with HOPE and proof of Infrastructure change.

    The high rollers panel for the sold-out Renaissance luncheon at the

    Pfister Hotel were/are:

    You failed to use this time of engagement, panel and audience, to

    promote our city in collaboration give change- mount collaboration

    and endless partnerships with the People. Those you NOW skinning

    and grinningto RE-HIRE YOU. We noticed in your gathering the troops

    for the Streetcar and Bucks deal, you were able to summon those you

    cajole with promise of grandeur and/or reminded of adversity if they

    did not conform. We, the People, will bring scrutiny upon all of you

    because it is scrutiny time.

    Speaking of scrutiny, you appointed Willie Wade to head the

    Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board post. What is his

    qualifications? What is he prepared to do? Yes. He sat on that

    board. He has done the same on a number of boards and literally done

    NOTHING. Often, going against the People; i.e., SEWRPC committee

    and RACM decision-making. What is his mandate?

    The business as usual self-importance claiming and blaming as

    with Don Sykes and Earl Buford will not be tolerated. We also need to

    look at a NEW construction of the board made up of the People and adhoc members from corporations to help grow and support the CORE

    CONSTITUENTS. We have got to BREAK-UP the self-centered dens of

    iniquity - fresh faces, NEW duties and expected outcomes for

    evaluations. We see this pattern and practice on your appointed Bids,

    committees, boards and authorities.

    We see that this den has self-empowered three (3) of its FOLK in

    NEW POSITIONS Willie Wade, Vice President Milwaukee AreaWorkforce Investment Board. Is this a NEWLY created position? Why?

    Carla Cross (Cross Management) and Lafayette Crump (Prism

    Technical), are the two additional members of the Milwaukee Area

    Workforce Investment Board with NEW means thanks to the Peoples

    stolen resources by you Candidate Barrett along with Candidate Chris

    Abele, Scott Walker, Governor and rich millionaires and billionaires.

    They were selected on February 16, 2016, by the Milwaukee Bucks

    project. Carla and Lafayette seem to float out periodic. Is it because

    they are so entrenched with you Candidate Barrett? They are NOT the

    only African Americans in Milwaukee. Carla Cross has become the NO.

    construction, EBE designations, you name it. This lady is OVERUSED

    every since she left DCD. We will weigh in on the needs-of-the-city

    that includes spreading opportunities to the People of Color talent of

    Milwaukee. NOT JUST recycle and recycle one or two individuals.

    We are calling for the removal of certain members of the city

    government terrain. We start with Rocky Marcoux, Commissioner. He

    is just too obstructive and disrespectful. We will return with others.

    We want to see that Bid #32provides the following:

    1.What was your corrective action for the wrongful creation of Bid

    #32?

    2.We want an audit to know and show what funds were received by

    Jacqueline Ward, Sharon Adams (Lindsey Heights), Sue Eick

    (Legacy Development Corporation IFF) and the Board? What

    have done with the funds for the last 5 years with the

    communication of the taxpayers?

    Candidate Barrett, when you sat at the table of the Renaissance

    Luncheon, September 15, 2015, you said nothing to speak on behalf of

    95% of the population. Isnt it funny you are now asking for their VOTE?

    The next 47 Days is the timeframe that is yours and Candidate RobertDonovan to EXPLAIN and try to Win CORE CONSTITUENTS vote.

    CANDIDATE Donovan, you need to INTRODUCE yourself, sell what you

    bring to the table that is worthy of consideration for a progressive

    urban city that is People of Color mired in Enduring Concentrated

    Poverty. There is so much that can be done and must be

    communicated by the winner for the General election for mayor.

    You also will have to justify your track record of the push for more

    police and their behavior of patterns and practices of misuse of power

    and wrongful behavior against African American and other People of

    Color in Milwaukee.
