Why this course?

We all look for ways to find new things to do, and sometimes new ways of doing things.

We do it because it is expected and demanded out of us. Managers and customers

push tighter deadlines on us. The reality is that the market demands more of them and

hence they demand more of us. While it’s a cruel part of nature, this is also the way

evolution happens. We evolve to survive; we push our boundaries and ultimately

achieve our potential

A crucial part of evolution is negotiations. We negotiate without knowing with

nature, we negotiate with our families, our kids, clearly at our work; so that we can pace

our own development. In the new age world, where physical fights have been all

but abandoned, negotiations offer little fights that help us test ourselves and

grow.

Faculty

Rajul Garg, Director, Sunstone Business School

Rajul has been teaching Negotiations and other parts of "Organizational

Performance" at Sunstone Business School. Previously, he was a co-founder

of GlobalLogic where he managed a large operation for several years. This

involved continuously negotiating with employees and customers. Later

on, he led inorganic growth through M&A and dealt with lot of transactional

and strategic negotiations. He is also a weekly writer for Sunstone Business

Review and has written several articles on Leadership, negotiations and

entrepreneurship.

Rajul’s specific areas of interest are organization structure, communication

and leadership.
