“Everybody needs help sometimes, even Spiderman”.(Mary Jane in Spiderman)

Being a CEO is glamourous no doubt; however the invisible weight of responsibility can only be felt by the CEO alone, the view from the top is no doubt breathtaking but it’s usually lonely up there. There are CEO’s who have taken that major leap of faith to start their own shop, they struggle through with perse-verance and patience and get their baby to stand on its feet, and then there are others who takeover reins of a running horse with potential of going to the next level and emerging as a champion. Far too often both leaders and their organizations, get stalled or feel complacent far too early and consequently they stop growing.

All leaders at some point in time need guidance and help in taking themselves and their organizations to the next level. We at OPEN Islamabad believe that while fair bit of wisdom, support and help is available for someone start-ing on their entrepreneurial journey, the same is not true for a CEO wishing to take his/her organization to next level. Getting a stable start up to the next level of growth is another entrepreneurial journey but one requiring different set of expertise and counseling.

That is where our CEO coaching programs comes in. It is meant for those organizational leaders who have some-what established concerns and in search for expertise, mentoring and guidance to move on to the next level.

Once onboard, we pair you with a mentor and coach, someone who has taken that journey and knows the maze of success. He or she will develop a 1-1 relationship with you to help you with what you need. The relationship will be customized to your needs for a time period that both of you define.

With successful launch of our CEO coaching program, this program is gaining momentum more than expected and below is the growing current list of our esteemed mentors

Like other OPEN chapters, OPEN Islamabad also focuses on fostering mentorship, entrepreneurship, and profes-sional development for its members, however unlike other OPEN chapters, OPEN Islamabad entered the market playing field with a bang. Kicking off with two major recurring programs drumming the core of OPEN’s global existence.

Unlike the usual networking events where you can expect to find disingenuous business types in bad suits in a 3 star hotel ballroom, all of them just continuously popping up to each other and saying, “Eyyyy. Help me help you. Here’s my card.” Then they do that finger-gun gesture with both hands and make that clicking noise and sidle off.
