OpenThink is a diagnostic tool that provides your organization with powerful information in both a

In many organizations, performance tracking mechanisms such as KPIs are utilized in order to
keep track of the nancial performance of various cost-centres and departments. However, in
many cases, nancial metrics only paint a third of the picture. The other two-thirds of company
performance is usually very dicult to capture since it is held within the collective knowledge
of management, employees, customers, suppliers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
openvoice was formulated to capture the collective knowledge of an organization and its
stakeholders to achieve the remaining 2/3rds that are always missing from the performance
equation.
openvoice utilizes a combination of the McKinsey & Company and Harvard framework in order
to systematically highlight and capture results from over 40 dierent key and critical business
areas. In the end, this tool provides valuable rst steps in the initial consulting process.

improvement. Not only is this process time consuming, but it is also biased and expensive -

The consulting process typically begins with interviews, meetings, and feedback groups because
at the end of the day, nding the strategic issues at the root of all business challenges is a
daunting task. Not only are there many inter-linkages between departments, but determining
the cause of many problems requires reading-between-the-lines and reconciling the dierent
perceptions of management versus employees, one department versus another, and the
consideration of external bodies.

The Surveys:
OpenThink surveys are all hosted on secure servers and the collected data is treated as
condential. Surveys are administered through an email platform, users will be taken to a
dedicated website, and reminder emails are sent to users in order to maximize respondants.
Each consists of 25-50 questions and are tailored to each major group and internal division
(as highlighted above). The number of collected responses is truly unlimited, from 5 to 20,000.
Survey questions used by OpenThink are rmly grounded in scientic principles. Each
question is designed to address a key challenge area, identify an impacted business area, and
highlight an individual metric.
