Chapter 1 : GENERAL 1.1 AIRCRAFT Type : xxx Registration : xxx MTOW : xxx Max. Pax. Capacity : xxx 1.2 PILOTS LIST Indicate Name, first name and last experience in La Mole of your Captains and First Officers. 1.3 PILOT QUALIFICATIONS All PIC MUST COMPLY WITH FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: Have used the aerodrome as PIC within the last 12 month or have followed, within the last 2 months, the airport qualification according to programme below. Ground instruction to be familiar with: Special meteorological conditions;

The approach to runway 24, topographical induced turbulence and wind shear effects on short final Surrounding topographical environment; ATC / VFR / IFR joining; All operating procedures for La Mole airport.

All PIC shall be instructed and qualified on the aircraft type by company TRE, previously qualified by D.G.A.C. Flight profile shall be as follow: Take-off RWY 06 with simulated engine failure after V1 and climb to STP;

A normal approach to RWY 24 with go around and simulated engine failure at MDA (300 ft) followed by the procedure described in 2.3, then visual by the cost to STP; A normal approach to RWY 24, via EM, to a full stop landing.

Chapter 2 : LANDING

2.1 OPERATIONAL LIMITATIONS

Landing on RWY 24 only

Restricted to daylight operation only

Circling approved at 2500 ft to the North only

Ceiling of 2500ft or more and visibility of 5000m or more

The approach is NOT permitted in the following cases : o Adverse meteorological conditions (as specified on 1.4 above) o Wet runway o One engine inoperative (above MDA) o Any system affecting aircraft performance is inoperative.

2.2 APPROACH RWY 24

Visual report over point EM (« Port Grimaud Harbour »), then Track 234° (appr. Track offset to the North)

Follow visual PAPI 4° (offset 9° North) Note : PAPI will not provide clearance above high terrain 1.2 nm from THR

MDA = 300ft

Joint the RWY centreline at about 200ft.

2.3 GO AROUND (1 eng. Out)

Above or equal MDA, accelerate to VAPP and retract flaps to 15°

VMC, following the center of La Môle valley, climbing to « Pass of Gratteloup » at 2400ft (rate of climb 5%)

Continue to the cost abeam « Le Lavandou » maintaining VMC, and then proceed to alternate airport : Cannes / Nice / Marseille.
