Create an invitation to your party.
Getting Ready for the Party
“Marco, do you w

the last thing we needed to buy for the party.
When w

um and I started to decorate the
house for the party. We put up the Spiderm

um blew
them up and I stuck them
on the walls. W
e put balloons on our letterbox too, so that people knew
where
the party was.
Mum
had made the m

Superman cupcakes. She asked m

fridge and put them on som

e also had fairy bread, fruit sticks and green slim

“Marco, it’s tim

um yelled
from the kitchen. I bounced up the stairs. I w

Brilliant Bike RidingBike riding is a great activity to do w
ith your friends and fam
ily to keep fit and have fun. How
ever, it is important
that you stay safe during your bike ride.
Before you ride your bike, you should check a few things.
Firstly, make sure your brakes are w
orking and the blocks are not w
orn down. Secondly, check that your bike chain
is oiled and not too loose. Thirdly, make sure that both
the front and back tyres have plenty of air in them. N
ext, check the height of your seat. Your toes should be able to reach the ground. Finally, alw
ays wear a correctly-fitted
helmet, bright clothing and check that your shoe laces are
tied up.
During your bike ride, it is im
portant to ride responsibly, even w
ith your friends. If you are under the age of twelve,
you should have an adult supervising you. It is a good idea to plan your bike ride to avoid heavy traffi
c areas and, w
here possible, use bike tracks. Rem
