Oracle Solaris 11 Installation

This presentation demonstrates steps for installing Solaris 11 in a

virtualized environment.

Installation Steps

1. Download and place the Solaris 11 ISO in a folder. For example:D:\Setups\ISOs\sol-11_1-text-x86.iso

2. In VMware, create a new Virtual Machine with above ISO file.

3. To complete the installation, follow steps as per the next few slides.
