Construction Update and Milestones:
Notice to Proceed (NTP) was June 24, 2016.
Tilt wall panels were completed on November 3, 2016.
Structural Steel Erection started on November 14, 2016 and scheduled to be
completed by mid-January.
Roofing work to start early December (2016) and be completed by mid-January.
Window installation to start early January and be completed by late January.
Exterior painting to start mid-December.
Interior work is in progress.
Project is 40% complete as of November 30, 2016.
Project remains on schedule for Substantial Completion on April 28, 2017.
