Construction Update and Milestones:

Notice to Proceed (NTP) was July 17, 2017.

Tilt wall panels were completed on November 7, 2017.

Structural Steel Erection started on November 6, 2017 and was completed on

December 8, 2017.

Roofing work started December 11th, 2017 and will be completed early-January.

Windows install to start early-February and be completed by late February.

Interior work is in progress with framing of interior walls, and install of MEP in

wall and above ceiling rough in.

Project is 40% complete.

Project remains on schedule for Substantial Completion on May 20, 2018.
