APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 050, s. 2000

ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RELEASE OF THE INITIAL AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 500,000.00) PESOS FROM THE CALAMITY FUNDS AS IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE TO VICTIMS OF TYPHOON REMING.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Ragay, Camarines Sur that -

SECTION I - That the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 500,000.00) PESOS be disbursed for the immediate assistance to the victims of Typhoon Reming;

SECTION II - That the expenditures shall be as follows:

1. Purchase of Relief Goods-P 200,000.00

2. Purchase of Medicines-100,000.00

3. Repair of Damaged Government facilities-200,000.00

TOTAL-P 500,000.00

SECTION III - Any ordinance or part of an ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance is hereby repealed accordingly.
