and click on 3rd Party

Services link to visit the

Consumer Vendor Login page.

Enter your login details on

Consumer Vendor Login

page

Your 12 digit Loan Number

without hyphen(-),

Last 4 digits of your Social

Security Number, and

Your email address.

Click on Login button.

Ordering Vendor ServicesFollow below steps to order services from Sun West:

Select the desired service

from the Vendor Service

drop down.

An Estimated Cost and

Estimated Turnaround

Time for the requested

service will be displayed.

Fill your details in Contact

Person to Access the

Property section.

Enter your Name, Phone

Number, Cell No, Email

and Best Time to Call.

SWMC will be calling the

person regarding the loan

service requested.

section and click on Save

Provide your confirmations

by selecting appropriate option

for each questions under

Borrower’s Confirmation

section.

Payment Info tab where you

can pay for your ordered

Select the Payment Method

from Payment Method drop

Enter the details of Credit

Card/Debit Card in Enter

New Card Info section.

Click on Submit Order

Order Confirmation tab will

appear once Payment

Information details are

submitted.

Click Ok button to proceed.

A payment notification email will be

sent to all active borrowers of the loan.

In case of Condominium Property for the project which is not approved by FHA, the

appraisal will be ordered only after receiving all the necessary documents for project approval as

per Mortgagee Letter ML 90-46B. The details please contact your account executive.

In case of Rehabilitation Loans (203K) please note that the appraisal will be ordered only upon receipt of

Contractor's Bid and FHA Approved 203K Consultant's Report.

If the order is cancelled prior to completion, Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. will refund the amount

back to the credit card, after deducting the processing fee which was incurred while charging the fee from

the card and the property inspection fee if the property was inspected by the appraiser.

Answering Borrower ConfirmationsFollowing information will help you in selecting appropriate option for each borrower

confirmation:

Do you intend to proceed with

the Loan after reviewing the Good

Faith Estimate?

Select “Yes” if you want to proceed with loan after reviewing the Good Faith

Estimate disclosure.

Have you received Reverse

Mortgage counseling from a HUD

approved Agency (HECM only) and

provided a copy of the certificate

signed by all the borrowers to your

Loan

Officer?

Select “Yes” only if you have a HUD approved Agency and you have provided the

signed certificate to your loan received Reverse Mortgage counseling from officer.

Otherwise select “No”.

Note: This clause is only applicable on HECM loans.

Is the Loan Information below

accurate?

Verify Loan Number, Loan Type, Case Number, Loan Purpose and Property

Address mentioned are correct or not. Select ‘Yes’ if everything is correct.

If information is wrong then select ‘No’ and you will be not allowed to proceed with

the order with inaccurate loan details.

Please contact your LO or Processor for further information.

Have you submitted Lender's

Truth in Lending Disclosures

signed by all the borrowers to your

Loan Officer or have you received

SWMC initial disclosure package

3 business days prior to making

this request?

Select “Yes” if you have submitted signed Truth in Lending (TIL) disclosure to your

loan officer or you have received TILA package 3 business days prior to this

request.

Select “No” if not. After selecting No, you will be not allowed to proceed with the

order with inaccurate loan details.

Please contact your LO or Processor for further information.

Our records indicate that

you have not received or

reviewed the Lender's Truth in

Lending Disclosures. This

disclosure must be reviewed

by every Borrower prior to

placing an order for any Loan

related services. You would be

required to Print, Sign them,

Scan and Upload this

disclosure immediately in

order to complete the order for

this service.

Would you like to review and

execute (sign) Lender's Truth

in Lending Disclosure now?

This option will only be shown if you have not received Truth in Lending (TIL) Disclosure.

Select “Yes” if you want to print the Truth in Lending disclosure and review it. After

selecting Yes in this field, two new confirmations will be shown to print, review and

upload signed Truth in Lending disclosure:

Click on “Click here for SWMC TIL” button to download the Truth in Lending

Disclosure. Review the disclosure and select Yes in option (a) if you agree with the fees

disclosed in the Truth in Lending. If you want to immediately proceed with your order

then you can upload the scanned copy of signed Truth in Lending disclosure. Select

‘Yes’ in option ‘b’ and click on Choose File button. Select and open the file from your

system to upload. You can now proceed with your order after uploading the signed Truth

in Lending.

If you select “No” in any of the dropdown you will not be able to proceed with the order.

A notification along with the Cancel Order button will be shown as follows:

Have you submitted the

purchase contract/addendum

/counter offers signed by all the

borrowers and sellers to your

loan officer?

Select “Yes” if you have submitted purchase contract/addendum/counter offers

documents which are signed by all borrowers and sellers to you loan officer. If not

select “No”. After selecting “No” a new option will be shown as follows:

If you select “No” then you will not be able to proceed with your order. A notification

will be shown at bottom along with Cancel Order button.

Is the property a "Mixed Use"

Property?

Select “Yes” if your property is combination of residential, commercial, cultural,

institutional or industrial uses. If it is used

for only single purpose then select “No”.

As the FHA case number is

yet not generated, we would

require the below information.

Have you submitted signed loan

application to your Loan Officer?

Have you submitted ID and SSN

proof to your Loan Officer?

Have you submitted signed

Borrower Authorization to your

Loan Officer?

This option will only appear if FHA Case Number has not been added in your loan

application.

Select appropriate option in the all three confirmations.

If you fail to satisfy any one of the requirement you will not be allowed to proceed with

the appraisal order. A notification message will shown along with Cancel Order button

as shown below:

Paying Your Pending TransactionsFollow below steps to pay for your pending transactions upon login to Consumer Vendor Order page:

your ordered services.

Select the Payment Method from

Payment Method drop down.

Enter the details of Credit

Card/Debit Card in Enter New

Card Info section.

Click on Submit Order button.

You will be directed to Billed To

Borrowers tab which lists all your

pending transactions.

Select the checkbox under Pay Off

Transaction column for the

ordered product for which you want

to pay off.

Click on Continue button.

You will receive a confirmation

email after successful payment.3
