Founded in Singapore on 8 February 1837, SICC is Singapore’s longest serving voice of the private sector. Today it represents 600 companies: 50% are Singaporean and 50% foreign owned. 50% of member companies are large organisations including multinationals and 50% are medium, small and start-up companies. No other voluntary business association in Singapore has such a diverse membership base. The Chamber’s value proposition is that it provides an inclusive business platform for members to network across and expand business opportunities. The Chamber’s members are drawn from all sectors of the economy and their teams represent 40 nationalities. SICC focuses on 3 main pillars: human capital development and leadership, collaborative innovation and championing the circular economy.

The SICC Awards are designed to celebrate, learn from and recognise the commercial collaborations between companies which result in innovative new products, services and capabilities. The Chamber believes that collaboration is often the quickest way for companies of all sizes to innovate. This is why SICC supports Enterprise Singapore’s PACT program. Through its awards, the Chamber hopes to encourage more companies to collaborate to innovate.

This is the fourth year running that the Chamber is presenting these Awards.
