Graduate School of Education Photo Shoot Talent ReleaseDear Colleague

The University of Western Australia (UWA) develops websites, flyers, booklets, banners and publications to provide information to prospective students and the community on the courses and research that is undertaken across UWA. Wherever possible the University likes to use photos that are local and specific rather than use a bank of generic photos. The Graduate School of Education is keen to have photographs that can be used on our website and brochures that are relevant to our educational focus.

We are asking for you to sign the attached talent release form to consent to the use of the photographs that are taken by our staff. These photos may be taken in lectures, tutorials, school classrooms and alumni gatherings.

What does participation in the photo shoot involve? You will be photographed in lectures, tutorials, alumni gatherings or school

classrooms The activities will be photographed by an approved camera person The photographs will be used as part of promotional materials for the University

of Western Australia Participation in this photo shoot is voluntary.

What you need to know about the photo shoot process Participants can withdraw at any time without affecting the your relationship with

the Graduate School of Education The Photographer will have undertaken a National Criminal History Record and a

Working with Children Check The photos will only be used for the purposes you have identified on the talent

release form.
